1. The Child’s Passport or Full Birth Certificate.
2. A formal letter with the Child’s address written on it.
3. A recent passport size photograph.
4. A copy of latest school report.

1. Qur’an and Sunnah to be followed in all aspects of life, particularly prayers, dress, haircut and social affairs etc.
2. All new applicants will have to pay the Registration fee when submitting this application form, which is non-refundable.
3. New applicants will have to pass an admission interview if requested to attend one.
4. Fees are payable in the first week of each month, every month, regardless of absences or Madrasah holidays.
5. Students must attend all lessons each week except when excused by the Principal or Madrasah Ustaad/Ustadah.
6. Online Students’ cameras must be on and the student visible to the Ustad/Ustadah during class, except where permission has been granted to have the camera switched off.
7. Students should wear Madrasah uniform during online classes and follow appropriate etiquettes such as sitting properly during class.
8. In cases of emergency or necessity, if a student needs to be absent from class during term time, parents or guardians must seek permission from the Madrasah.
9. Students must attend online Madrasah classes punctually.
10. To insult the trustees, teachers or staff of Essex Cultural & Youth Society will be judged as inexcusable and will not be tolerated from any student or parent.
11. All places offered are subject to academic, social, moral, spiritual and cultural reviews.
12. Essex Cultural & Youth Society reserves the right to terminate any student’s admission when it deems necessary. Anyone whose admission is terminated and is not happy with the decision will have to refer to the Madrasah’s Complaints Policy.
13. Any false information given or any required information undisclosed will be liable for immediate dismissal.
14. All Madrasah rules will have to be adhered to fully.
